Exterior Environmental Paint Treatment: All exterior painted surfaces treated with Pro-Tec Paint Treatment are warranted against exterior conditions including, fading, chalking, loss of gloss due to acid rain (new vehicle only), tree sap, bird droppings, environmental fallout, exposure to the sun (UV rays) and more.
Remedy: repair or replace.

Interior Fabric: Cloth seats and/or interior trim treated with Interior systems are covered against normal spills and stains.
Remedy: Repairing and/or replacement of fabric.

Interior Carpet: All carpeted areas, excluding floor mats, are warranted against all normal spills and stains.
Remedy: cleaning and/or dying of repaired area.

Leather/Vinyl: All leather and/or vinyl areas treated with Pro-Tec are warranted against cracking, discolorations, and/or damage caused by UV rays.
Remedy: repair and/or replacement.
 

Surface Rust: All painted metal surfaces of your vehicle are covered against surface rust for 5 years.
Remedy: repair or replace.

Rust-Through: All painted metal surfaces of your vehicle (4 year pre-owned) are covered against rust-through (a hole in the metal) for 10 years.
Remedy: repair or replace.

Transferable: if you bought your car new and treated it with Pro-Tec™ Professional Protection, and are selling it, you may be able to transfer your warranty. (see your warranty for details)
